We have two great opportunities to dive into God's word together over the summer:
Summer Bible Study (2025): Studying Genesis
Bible Study on Genesis will be led by Christina Yu who will facilitate a deep dive into examining God's plan for humanity and our relationship with the Creator. There will be questions to prepare based on readings, and an expectation to share insight and find meaningful application of God's Word to daily life. It's open to all who would like to dive into God's word together over the summer.
Date/Time: Start date July 22, Tusday, 7:00-9:00 PM (6 classes)
Location: church or Christina's home
Registration Deadline: July 20th

Summer Book Club (2025): Worthy, Celebrating the Value of Women
A book club on Celebrating the Value of Women will be led by Michelle Cho. As an ongoing dialogue from the Women and Leadership seminar series, we will explore what the Bible teaches about the value of women and how God has used women for His Kingdom goals throughout history. Join fellow sisters as we will dive deeper into your experience of being a woman in the church, and find hope as we envision together what God might have in store for us. It's open for all women.
Date/Time: Start date July 17, Thursday, 8:30 PM (6 classes)
Location: via zoom
Registration Deadline: July 11th

This year, our Love Ministry members were deeply inspired by the Mission Conference. In response to God’s calling to be missionaries and senders, they've taken their first step in missions by using their God-given talents to support missionaries and mission teams from our Light Presbyterian Church.
We're excited to launch this initiative with beautiful handmade cards created by our Love Ministry artists. Each card reflects their heart for missions and their desire to serve.
We invite you to join us through your care, attention, prayers, and most importantly, your support. You can purchase these wonderful creations right after service in front of Room #204.
Together, let's empower and walk alongside them in this meaningful journey of sharing the Gospel.
Thank you for your love and partnership!
The conference will take place in Louisville, Kentucky in January 2026.
Cross conference is a global missions conference to encourage the next generation of young adults to make their lives count to make Jesus’ name known to all nations/people.
This year’s theme is "Like No Other".
Registration is open to all three New Hope campuses and the deadline to register is September 1st.
